Alpaca dog beds

Our take: Springtime Farm's handmade dog beds are filled with toasty alpaca fiber, which is eight times warmer than sheep's wool. The alpaca fabric is stuffed into bags sewn from old drapes, then fit into a cotton cover. The cover is removable, thanks to a velcro opening, and machine washable.

All in all: a unique, eco-friendly bed at a decent price.

Cost: low
