Casual Canine Hooded Storm Jacket with Visor

Our take: This waterproof nylon jacket closes with a velcro strap that runs along the belly rather than across it, which helps keep your dog's tummy dry. The hood isn't removable, so there's no neck strap. Safety reflector strips help your pup stand out at night.

The dogs weigh in: Fred hated the hood, and I doubt he would have felt differently if it didn't have the little visor. He refused to walk when the hood was up, probably because he couldn't see, and wiggled like crazy in protest. When I pulled the hood back toward his neck, he calmed down.

Cost: middle
