Mix one quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide, 1/4 cup baking soda, and one teaspoon liquid dish detergent. Rub it into your dog's fur immediately--the chemical reaction is what gets rid of the smell, and it doesn't last long. Avoid the eyes and follow up with a thorough rinse. Don't store the mixture, it will explode if kept in a closed container.
