I brought two 16 month olds into my home. I take them to day care a couple of times a week for socialization.

Keep her on a leash at all times and keep exposing her to other dogs and people while you remain in control. DON'T GIVE UP!

We've rescued a smart, head strong bitch of 2 years of age who is great with strangers and kids, but seems to be aggressive with strange dogs, responding with hackles and energetic, nervous pacing. She does well after a while, but occasionally growls. We've taken her to the dog park many times, but afraid that if she feels threatened she will fight back. I'm quite sure she had a lot of isolation while young. Any other suggestions?
