Outward Hound Travel Essentials Bag and Kit

Our take: Outward Hound specializes in travel stuff, and this kit is made up of several of their products. It has two small (40-ounce) portable nylon bowls for food and water, 35 poop pick-up bags, a nylon food bag, and three semi-hard plastic, folded "Dispoze-A-Bowls." If you already have all this stuff, you don't really need the kit, but if you don't, it's a good way to get it all at once for less money than if you bought everything separately.

The zippered bag doesn't take up too much space. The Dispoze-A-Bowls are meant to be convenient because they can be tossed, but I prefer the sturdier nylon bowls, which can hold water or food. The food bag has a pull cord enclosure that a smart dog could open.

The dogs weigh in:
For years we've used the portable nylon bowls at the dog park because one of my dogs would only drink from a bowl.
