Selecting a breed?
I am in the later part of my research phase of selecting a breed. I have done a lot of reading on the breeds of interest and I plan on spending time with each breed
I am 29 male and we owned a male german shepard throughout my childhood years and several of my family members had these wonderful dogs as well. He was an "outside" dog as my mother is afraid of dogs. The dog I get will be an "inside" dog.

Runnaway moron Beagle!
My dog, Hershey, is always looking for a chance to runaway. I am afraid he will get hurt or killed. Once he ran right through a softball field and was just a foot or two from going to heck or doggy heaven because a car had to swerve away from him to avoid hitting him. I try to not chase him that way, but he is very fast. If anyone has a suggestion, tell me, or e-mail me at annalauraatkins@yahoo.com. Please help Hershey stay safe!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an 12 year old Akita and she has been moved from the same location she has been for the last 12 yrs. She won't mind me at all. Now she is tearing up curtains and screen doors. What do I do?

I have a 6 yr old akita, who has been very well socialized. But recently while walking somebody had their dog off lead, and it attacked my dog. Now he seems to be more short tempered, and mor aggressive towards other dogs. I am very concerned as he has become a lot more dominent in his behaviour.
