Italian Greyhounds???
Why don't you have listed Italian Greyhounds? They are very different from the big greyhounds and deserve recognition.

Best Thing
One of the best things I've ever done is adopt my Eden, a retired racer! She is elegant and happy-go-lucky at the same time! You can just imagine Cleopatra walking along with one of her greyhounds. Every Greyhound is a godsend...

Those couch potatoe dogs really will indulge in some great walking exercise. If left to their own devices they would just keep ... well, being couch potatoes. That leads to a dog being overweight and even more inclined to not want to do anything. Walk, walk, walk. It's a natural dog instinct. They will do it, but prefer you doing it with them. Good bonding, good exercise, good for everyone.
