I am an animal lover. Always have been and guess I always will be. Can't remember a time when I didn't have animals. Right now I have 2 dogs,Lady and Casey. 5 cats,Leo, Annie, Rascal, Gizmo, Punky. 2 iguanas, Chinka & Zander. 12 doves. All of which I inherited from my kids when they left home with the exception of 4 of the cats. One just appeared. The others mother used my place as a delivery room, Hung around long enough for me to have her spayed and get all her shots. Haven't seen her since. Bark

Lady is 6 yrs. old. She is a Mama's baby. She also is a poster dog for allergies. After the last few years of dealing with her allergies and afraid to keep getting her prednisone shots I decided to have her tested and treat the problem in a safer manner with immunotherapy. So far it has been a nightmare. I have posted the problems on the allergy board. All the reassurance I can get will be most appreciated. Anyway she is the most loving dog. I also have 6 cats that she keeps in line. She will get after them when they try to scratch the furniture. She is a faithful companion and always at my side when I am at home. I mean always.

Casey is somewhat of a problem dog. She stays outside. She is terrified of storms. I can't have screens on the back of the house. Everytime I replace them she tears them off when it storms. I put a doggy door on the basement door for her to get inside in bad weather but she still wants to tear the screens off. She is also territorial. I can't let lady out back she has jumped on her before. I don't trust her around small kids, because of the way she has growled at them through the patio door. She seems to like grown ups especially when they throw a rock for her. I think I need the Dog Whisperer.
