Frances Carlisle is a trusts and estates attorney who has been practicing in New York City for over 20 years. Her estate planning work for clients includes the preparation of wills and trusts, including trusts for animals. Ms. Carlisle has a B.A. from Barnard College, an M. S. from Columbia University and a J. D. from the University of California at Davis. She is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and California.
