- will get right up to your face and just lay is head against you if he is not getting enough attention
- wanted a companion for Ginger. My husband initially wanted to use him for stud service,but that has never transpired which is fine.

Bo has been with us since he was 10 weeks old. He has been a great addition to our family. He is a very lovable dog as I have found is a trait of theirs from other dachshund owners . He is very protective of the family and also of Ginger. He is really my husbands dog but is also very attached to me.

- she was at the humane society and has a crippled neck and leg. Had been dropped off by an elderly person who no longer wanted her.

Ginger is a very lovable companion. She will lay with you on the sofa or recliner chair for hours on end, She leans to her left due to her neck and at times if she really wants something, she will lean so far over that she looks like she is going to fall over.
