Hi Im natasha. And Shane is my dog.
I love him to death and Im pretty sure he likes me too. :)

I like cookie dough, traveling, and be with Shane.
When I grow up I want to be an industrial engineer and design products and hopefully be a product manager for Sony.
I also want to do journalism on the side. Im really good at writing and interviewing and writing articles seems fun as a side job.
Macro photography also fascinates me.

I'm a geek. I've got to admit it. I'm a straight A kid. (Most of the time) And work hard. (Again, most of the time). Im in Honors Algebra and Living Environment classes and was in High honor roll all my life.

I have a short attention span, so Its hard for me to watch a whole movie unless Im really into it.
My favorite movies are: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Speed (With Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock), Paranormal Activity, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Hotel for Dogs, and others. Im not into the whole vampire fantasy movies but I'll watch them.

I love to dance. Not like jazz, ballet, tap dance like I take lessons. Like crazy random school dances. I will not and can not miss a school dance. Even though none of my friends ever go to them, I love 'em. Dancing randomly is a great stress reliever. :)

I'm half Filipino because my mom is from there. But my dad was born in America and so was I and my sister, Sydney. I currently live in upstate NY. I love snow.

I hate bees, just like Shane. Probably because I've been stung so many times by them. I hate them. I love honey, dont get me wrong, but bees shouldn't sting people for no reason. :(

Like I said, I just keep rambling. But I've got nothing better to do but to just type and type and talk about stuff.

My favorite color is lime green and purple. (The color of my bedroom), I suck at sports but love watching them. The Superbowl is always fun to watch and same with the Olympics. I've tried trying out for sports team so I wasn't so bored with life, but never made the team. I've finally realized sports aren't for me and I'll just stick with jogging and kicking balls in gym class. Oh well. Haha.

I play piano and took piano lessons for like 3 years until I stopped because they were getting expensive. I still like to play. I play in the school band (Trombone, I know its not a girl instrument but I dont care). I've made All-County Band three times and participated in NYSSMA Solofest twice. (One being a perfect score!) Haha, not to brag. Sorry....
Im also in the highschool Jazz band for fun.

I may sound like a BIG nerdy geek but I'm not. I have lots of friends, live an outside social life and constantly IM my friends on AIM and Yahoo. Im saving up money for a trip to the Philippines in February to attend a wedding that Im really excited for.

  • Shane is my best friend. He is the best dog ever :)
    He loves sleeping on the couch even though he always gets in trouble for doing it. He likes sleeping in front of the oven when it's on and is scared of the freezer door.
    He sees a bird he's after it. Any small animal of bug and hes alert. He HATES bees. Hes not a very good guard dog, hes friendly to everyone and loves getting petted.
    What gets annoying: You can pet him, stop, and he'll rub up against you and nudge you until you continue to pet him.. Yes, it may seem cute at first, but 20 times a day isn't that cute.

    He has the CUTEST hazel big eyes and his ears are so soft. He loves eating snow and running around and sticking his head in it. He hates taking baths and runs at the sight of the hose.
    He hears a bag crinkle or smells food he'll try to get to it. He responds good to a stern "NO." though.

    Ok, what else. In the spring, summer, and fall he likes to sleep by the door on the rug. In the winter in front of the wood pellet stove in the basement. (And sometimes on the couch that's filled with his hair)

    He's medium sized, about the size of a beagle (Maybe bigger?), and is brown and white. His brown is light and is often considered more of an orange tint. He's getting older but doesn't really show it. He has these short spasms when he goes hyper and just runs in circles. Its odd. Haa.
    Favorite treat: Bacon strips. Although when you switch up his diet too much he gets a rash on his nose and around his eye that makes him itch like crazy so we try to avoid giving him scraps and different kinds of treats.
    Shane only eats on the left side of his food bowl. And when he has to go pee he waits patiently by the door until someone sees him. He usually comes back when hes done but sometimes he takes off into the woods and plays in the mud puddles.
    Shane is friendly. Really friendly. When he's sleeping you can just lie down with him and cuddle and he'll cuddle back with you. He'll let you know if your violating his space with a small whine. Its cute

    What else what else...... Um.
    He doesn't understand the concept of fetch so its usually a game of Try And Get Me.
    Oh yeah. He had this short period where if he was outside and it was raining he would go hide under our back porch which is really low. It's a low-to-the-ground deck that he managed to squeeze himself under to keep him dry. We had to help him out because he usually got stuck and couldn't get out by himself. He doesn't do it anymore... I wonder why... Haha.

    Well anyways, Shane is the best dog anyone could ever want. He likes to dig holes, and I swear sometimes he smiles when something is funny. He likes to brushed on top of our picnic table and one time fell getting up on it so I think he's traumatized.
    While playing with his favorite ball in the winter time he has managed to get it stuck in his mouth twice. F.y.i.

    Altogether Shane is one of the best dogs ever. Is so gentle and nice and funny at times. He just lets you dress him up and take his pic. Always begging for food and scanning the ground for scraps he is the BEST doggie you could ever ask for. (He's like my giant life sized teddy bear when I sleep. You can just cuddle with him
