Extreme Outback Log Cabin Dog House
Thursday July 17th, 2008
Our take: This simple wooden house would look good in a woodsy backyard. It's made of solid wood (fir, to be exact) and has a slanted shingle roof and a raised floor to keep your dog dry. There's an optional door for the offset entrance, which is good for dogs in a rainy or windy climate. I don't think this is the best choice if you get snow, however, since it's not insulated.
The house is available in small (29L x 19.5W x 15H inches inside), medium (40L x 21W x 19.5H inches), and large (41L x 30W x 24H inches). It's got three-step assembly and you'll need a screwdriver to put it together.
Cost: middle
