Natumate Pet Stain & Odor Remover
Thursday March 5th, 2009
Natumate Pet Stain & Odor Remover (5 biscuits)
Our take: Natumate contains plant enzymes that consume the uric acid in urine, which supposedly gets rid of the smell completely--so your dog won't return to the scene of the crime for some repeat soiling. Like all items in the Earth Friendly Products line, it's free of phosphates, chlorine bleach, petroleum chemicals, and a variety of other harmful ingredients.
What is in the product: water, enzymes, alcohol derived from corn, a biodegradable surfactant derived from coconut, and lemon oil. This is all totally biodegradable, and the containers are recyclable to boot.
As with any cleaning product, use common sense. Don't swallow it, and if your skin is irritated by lemon oil, use gloves.
Cost: middle
